Communication Aide

This two-sided laminated 8.5" X 11" was developed by community leaders in Seattle to facilitate communication between an English speaker and a person who does not speak English. Individuals can point to pictures of common items, a clock face, letters and numbers, and other items.  To assist with determining what language the person speaks, the card includes the phrase "I speak ______" in twenty languages/scripts immediately below the English word for that language.
